Implied Horse

Eric Flynn
We left my father's birthday dinner earlier because my wife was caring for a friend's horses—they care as little about holidays and celebrations as they do about world-wide pandemics. Through the past six months my wife's day-to-day has scarcely changed. At the time, I took this picture because the light was nice and the colors spoke to me; I share it now because so  much of the world continues to move forward (for better or for worse), and so many people have been called upon to facilitate this continuing (I hesitate to call it progress), with little choice of their own in the matter.
